Event welfare support
A welfare pop-up stall, planned around your event.
We offer two distinct welfare options, each shaped around your event’s own medical risk assessment — never a fixed package. Choose a retail-style pop-up stall for practical essentials, or a staffed welfare tent when your event needs a dedicated area for rest, shelter and care.

A calm place to land.
Two distinct provisions
The right welfare format for your event.
Pop-up welfare stall. A retail-style pop-up shop selling well-chosen event essentials attendees may need through the day, including suncream, after sun, ear plugs, ponchos and similar practical items. It helps people stay comfortable and safe as the event continues around them.
Staffed welfare tent. A separate, larger provision: a dedicated welfare area providing rest, shelter, welfare support and care. It is planned around the event’s needs and risk assessment alongside the wider medical provision.
Bespoke by design
The right welfare plan starts with your risk assessment.
Whether you need a retail-style essentials stall or a staffed welfare tent, we shape the provision around the event’s medical risk assessment and align our approach with the Purple Guide. There is no fixed package.
